The Bazaar is the black market equivalent of the famous Emporiums and many of its wares can only be found here, including illegal weapons and drugs. Unlike the Emporium, The Bazaar is just a collection of various vendors lining two of the districts streets that peddle and barter every hour of every day. Any kind of good and service can be found here as long as you aren't concerned with the legitimacy or legality of it.

The only word to describe these slums is Shitty. This is a shitty places to live and is barely inhabitable for people. Many of the structures are falling apart with collected dust always deep in the lungs of its residents. The residents are vagrants moving to new homes when they are kicked out of their former. No laws exist here outside of what the gangs say.

The Infamous Dad’s House. It is a large abandoned warehouse that was once used to store military equipment. Now it’s just an empty building that the gangs use as a formal meeting ground. When criminals want to settle their matters with diplomacy they meet here to talk it out. Although there is no way to enforce peace it is an understood rule to not break the one code that keeps the already ruined district from burning to the ground.

Sotiria often does a good job of maintain its sewer network, but as more districts are added and the city expands the government often abandon entire networks leaving these districts to fend for themselves. This is the worst part of the city by a large margin, but is often a way that gangs use to travel around the city. Although abandoned it still connects to the other sewers of the city giving criminals an easy way to avoid police and smuggle goods or even people.
